StudyMagic, including its software, design, branding, and the trademark "StudyMagic", is owned by Aashapura LLC and its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

2. Your study content

You retain ownership of the subjects you enter. The flashcards and study material generated for your input are yours to use for your personal learning, subject to our Terms of Service.

3. Permitted use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own study. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the Service or its underlying software except as expressly permitted.

4. Copyright complaints

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice with the work identified, your contact details, and a good-faith statement to [email protected]. We will review and act on valid notices, including removing infringing material.

5. Trademarks

"StudyMagic", "Chakra", and related logos are marks of Aashapura LLC. Other names may be trademarks of their respective owners.
