StudyMagic (study.chakrakali.com) is operated by Aashapura LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

2. What we collect

• Account data — your email and authentication identifiers when you sign in.
• Study inputs & content — the subjects you enter and the study sets, flashcards and review history generated for you.
• Usage & device data — basic logs, pages viewed, and diagnostic telemetry to keep the Service reliable and secure.

3. How we use it

To provide and personalize the Service, generate and schedule your study material, secure our systems, prevent abuse, and comply with law. We process your inputs to run the AI generation you request. We do not sell your personal data.

4. AI processing

Generating a study set sends your subject prompt to our self-hosted AI infrastructure. We do not use your private inputs to train third-party models.

5. Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us operate (e.g. hosting, email delivery) under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law. Newsletter opt-in, if selected, subscribes your email to Chakra product updates; you can unsubscribe at any time.

6. Retention & security

We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, then delete or anonymize it. We use industry-standard safeguards, though no system is perfectly secure.

7. Your rights
