Payment & Refund Policy

1. Free tier

StudyMagic offers free, pre-generated example study sets with no account and no charge, and a free first custom generation after you sign in. You can evaluate the Service before paying anything.

2. Subscriptions & credits

Paid plans are billed on a subscription basis (monthly or annual) and may include usage credits for generation. Prices are shown at checkout before you confirm. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

3. Refunds

If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your initial purchase for a full refund of that charge. Renewal charges may be refunded on a pro-rated basis at our discretion. Credits already consumed to generate content are non-refundable.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your account or by contacting us; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access through the end of the paid period.

5. Taxes & changes

Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated. We may change prices with notice; changes apply to your next billing cycle, never retroactively.
