Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using StudyMagic at study.chakrakali.com (the "Service"), operated by Aashapura LLC ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for all activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. The Service

StudyMagic turns any subject into topics and spaced-repetition flashcards. Free, pre-generated example study sets are available without an account. Generating your own custom subjects may require sign-in and may be subject to usage credits or a paid subscription (see the Payment & Refund Policy). We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) violate any law or third-party right; (b) upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; (c) attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure; (d) use the Service to generate content that is illegal, deceptive, or abusive; or (e) resell or redistribute the Service except as expressly permitted.

5. Your content & AI output

You retain ownership of the inputs you submit. Subject to these Terms and applicable law, we assign to you our rights, if any, in the generated study material for your input. AI-generated output may be inaccurate or incomplete — review it before relying on it, especially for exams or professional use. You grant us a limited license to process your input solely to operate and improve the Service, consistent with the Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
